Sandcastle Water Park

Sandcastle Waterpark brings Boardwalk vibes to the banks of Pittsburgh’s Monongahela River for refreshing family fun.

The 60-acre park opened in 1989 and today offers more than a dozen different water slides, including the new, thrilling Bombs Away drop slide. Better, Brighter and Fresher Than Ever after a parkwide enhancements, guests splash in the scenic Mushroom Pool and wild Mon-Tsunami Wave Pool, relax with a cold drink in the Lazy River, frolic in multiple children’s play areas, and enjoy live, local music paired with delicious food and drink.
